don't hold back that smile, show off your teeth!! :D

Manners: Lesson 1!!

 

 Proper Manners is Important!!

Right now we're living in a generation where old traditions are fading, so are some habits, and some proper manners that we were taught, especially being an Asian.

So I've thought of doing a random short series of comics on the topics of "MANNERS" hoping that it'll just educate or remind us again of how little acts of manners helps us a lot in life~~

Either way, I'd love to hear more ideas from you all, cause I'm sure I'll leave out some things just by thinking myself 

oh, and if you're wondering what that blue character is, it's "Beetly" based on the design of a Stag Beetle. I used to have a stag beetle when I was a kid, but due to it being quite dangerous I decided to let it go... but being remind of a Stag Beetle's brute strength, I've decided to create Beetly with the strength x1000 of his weight!!

Hopefully we'll see more of him to come~~

World of Cos - Introduction

Hello and welcome to our Blog~ it's really been around two years since I've last blogged, but some times it's easier to get some messages across in the form of a blog or something though...

but today I'd just like to give you all a brief introduction.

 I've actually started the Facebook Page "World of Cos" at the month of July 15 in year 2012, after being blessed with a Wacom Bamboo that got me started, and that has also given me a chance to try out drawing comics since it was something I've always wanted to do when I was a kid.

but when you begin working, life doesn't really give you that much time to do what you would wanna do, thus I decided to use these few characters that I drew out of boredom during my college days. 

of course one of the first drawings I did with the Bamboo was kinda embarrassing when you start to look back at it... but this was one of the characters I've come out with, and I've named him "Cos" due to wanting to make a character that loved cosplaying, and thus I could easily use him to imitate other characters.

 even my first comic strip wasn't all that impressive when I start to look back on it... but as time went on, I found out I couldn't just do a comic with just Cos alone, therefore I decided to add in some other characters using the concept of Cos.

 And because of some supports from friends and family, I've decided to start my own Facebook Page eventually....

 

this was one of the first profile pictures I've drew for the Page. 

and as months past, using the Wacom Bamboo felt like second nature, and it kinda made things easier to draw as time went on, I mean I could even draw much faster than when I first started!

and here's the recent new profile picture for our Page.

at the month of November 2012, I've felt a challenge come upon me, to start drawing a full manga/comic with the Christian message linking together with Christmas.... and honestly I didn't know what in the world made me do it, because I was ultra busy the whole month of November and December..... But thank God, and I have no idea how did it happen, but I managed to finish the whole comic just in time for Christmas!! I know it's out of season now but...

Our First Blog Post!!

Never knew this day would come where I would actually be blogging all over again... thought of keeping this as a Facebook Page but I guess sometimes a blog does has it's own benefits and plus points in some other areas..
